Amazing service and an all around wonderful experience!
I called Erickson Repair out of the blue to see if they would do a pre-purchase inspection on a vehicle I was interested in buying. They set up an appointment, got the vehicle up on a lift, took videos of the undercarriage, engine bay and interior of the car and gave me an estimate for the recommended repairs they identified. All of this was great service as I had hoped for. Then, when it came time to pay, they told me I didn't owe them any money!!! Called yesterday for a last minute tire swap to put my all-season tires back on before a long road trip this weekend. They were able to sneak me in despite other appointments and had my car done by noon. Really happy with the service and prices and will be glad to do more business in the future.
