I purchased a Robalo 247 from Erickson Marine and I have to tell you that everyone on the Erickson team from sales to service have been great to deal with. They are responsive and customer focused. The boat had some issues, as all boats do, and they bent over backwards for us in dealing with them. In today's world where customer service is lacking across all industries, these guys are top notch. I highly recommend dealing with them if you are in a market for a boat.
After the purchase we required warranty work. This required a pick up as we did not have a trailer. Over a week. Now 10 days later can't get a call back. Also trouble with canvas delivered from factory. Also no call back. After the purchase very difficult for any dialogue as to status or resolution. No service after the sale.
I recently purchased a pre-owned boat from Erickson Marine and what a flawless and pleasant experience. No matter if you're purchasing a small pre-owned or a six figure boat they give you the same amount of courtius and professional attention.
