After the purchase we required warranty work. This required a pick up as we did not have a trailer. Over a week. Now 10 days later can't get a call back. Also trouble with canvas delivered from factory. Also no call back. After the purchase very difficult for any dialogue as to status or resolution. No service after the sale.
I recently purchased a pre-owned boat from Erickson Marine and what a flawless and pleasant experience.
