Worst customer service ever, I am supremely disappointed!
Wouldn’t buy oil anywhere else. Immediate service provided.
This company has provided the worst service I have ever received. First and foremost, they were twenty cents more a gallon than their competition. Unfortunately, my lease mandates we use them because they service the boiler. While waiting for the delivery, I called to find out if they had already delivered, and a woman in the office said, "I don't know" and hung up. After calling back a male, who from our conversation, I assume is the owner, lectured me on how the "f'ing president" is to blame for the cost and the delays. We... read more
