Lacking communication, very unprofessional, hanging up on us, work that was partially done was done wrong and blamed on new employees Tried dealing with them for weeks (6-8weeks)
Totally unprofessional! A month of requesting an estimate before they even slopped one together, and another month of waiting for a contract to be sent. Still nothing. Wont return calls. Probably for the best if this is any indication of the quality of work they do. Look elsewhere for your survey needs!
