These plumbers are great! My main drain line backed up one evening, so i called the after-hours answering service. i explained the plumbing problem, and they had the plumber call me back within a few minutes. Craig told me what to do so we could get through the night and still use the toilets and water until morning. He arrived early the next morning to snake the sewer line and replace the gasket on the toilet. Erickson Brothers Water Heaters did an excellent job replacing our water heater. The work took two days because the install space was very tight and the new unit needed updated venting to meet code. Reworking the vent through the wall partition was not easy, but Jeffery and the crew handled it well and kept the whole job moving smoothly. From the office staff to the plumbers on site, everyone was friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. We are very happy with the service and will use them again for future plumbing needs.

After dealing with a couple of other plumbing companies, including one that wanted over $1500 just to bring out an excavator for a water line that i found was only about 3 inches deep, I decided to call a local plumber in Conroe. Since then, they have repaired several broken pipes on my property, including underground line issues and a few drain and plumbing repairs, and the pricing has been fair every time. These plumbers are excellent. I called Erickson Brothers Water Heaters at 8:30 on Saturday morning, and Micah was already out on service calls. He told me I was on the schedule for between 12 and 3 pm, then called again at 12:15 and arrived at my door by 12:45. Micah and his partner listened carefully while I explained the problem with a blocked drain serving two side-by-side showers, and they started troubleshooting right away.
