Went here to have my retainer fixed took the day off work. It lasted about a week and broke on one side again. I tried to get back in and they couldn’t fit me in for about a month unless I took more time off work. Couldn’t even accommodate 20 minutes of time. Waste of money and time. Going to a different ortho for half the price. Fill in Receptionist was also not very nice with working with me..
