DO NOT BOOK OR TRY TO BOOK WITH ERICKA GARDNER. She has stolen $200 from my husband who tried to book me a spa package with her for my birthday. She was extremely rude when discussing a refund and told him to “dispute the charge with the bank” and that she would not refund the money even though the website wouldn’t let us actually book anything. NEVER BOOK HERE!!! DON'T TRUST THIS BUSINESS!!! THE OWNER is very RUDE, SHORT, UNPROFESSIONAL AND DOESN'T SHOW CONCERN FOR CUSTOMERS. THE WEBSITE IS FAULTY AND CHARGED MY CARD 181$, WITH NO APPOINTMENT MADE AND SHE REPLIED THAT I COULD DISPUTE THE CHARGES. STILL DON'T HAVE MY MONEY!!!!
No call no show! I waited for her to show 30 mins after my appointment and got nothing. I looked at my bank account and saw I was charged TWICE for the same appointment. So unprofessional! I’m honestly disappointed.
