Great doctor, amazing attitude and very knowledgeable. I just had a hip replacement done and I couldn't have asked for a better doctor.
I wouldn’t even consider Dr Torres based on my unpleasant, initial experience with the front office. I inquired about getting an appointment for a meniscus/ ligament injury only to be rudely informed they only see replacement patients, as though I was wasting their time.
Although my review is somewhat delayed, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Natalie for her exceptional assistance during a phone call earlier this week. I was calling on behalf of my mother, who has been experiencing difficulties with her knees. I just want to say that Dr. Torres is an excellent doctor and plus bonus staff. Jennifer and Natalie, I would like to thank you girls for helping me sign up for the patient portal. Also thank you to Unica for checking me in with such a great attitude and nice greetings. This office has such wonderful staff, practice manager and a lovely doctor.
I was unable to proceed with my scheduled appointment and therefore cannot comment on the physician’s care. However, my experience with the front office was extremely disappointing. I scheduled an appointment in late November 2025 for January 2, 2026. One hour before the visit, I was informed by Natalie, that I could not be seen due to a lack of insurance authorization, despite having documentation that authorization was not required.
