I've been coming here for 15 years, and I've never been as cold as I was today. When I first walked in and was told to sit at the washing station, I immediately mentioned how cold it was. I was told it would warm up in a few minutes, but it never did. After expressing how cold it was, the staff moved me to a dryer directly next to the door. Been coming bout 15 /16 years they are the best no shade but I feel Spanish is the easiest language to pic up I’m Black and no complaints at all
