The Heart Center use to be an okay place ! However it has quickly went down hill. Seems Ballad has made a muck of it like everything else. I had an appointment this morning for a routine test . I was told at the time I checked in for the test that I will most likely need to reschedule so they can obtain a needed preauthorization , or else I can pay for the test. Treat patients like people not numbers will never forgive you for killing my son with morphine
I will never go back to this hospital! I had my baby here and it’s like they gave 0 cares about you! I told them 5 times I wanted the epidural it’s like they did not listen to me! When they gave me the epidural they had just put it in a few minutes before I had my baby, it didn’t even have time to work! Then on top of that they didn’t even give my son the right last name! So now we have to go through hoops because they drug their feet on getting our paperwork done! They even asked me what will has last name be and still didn... read more

Well with nurses like this in the hospital. Doesn’t surprise me that there is a lack of compassion or ability to manage diversity. An embarrassment.
I have been sitting on an er bed for 11 hours. I came in at 4am it is now going on 3pm. I have had no food because they think they might be able to do surgery, and to top it all off they have a man screaming and cussing and freaking out with cops up and down halls. So now I. am supper stressed in pain and very close to a panic attack. But I and everyone in here did just hear that my covid test came back negative so now maybe things will get moving. So much for patient confidentiality
RecommendedMy mom was checked in by ambulance 2 hours ago and the dr came in but she hasnt recieved any medicine for her nausea or any fluids yet and she is sick with cancer and sick and dehydrated. She is in their now and i had to call up their to get the nurse to give her the call button so she can page a nurse.
