At first Dr Bournigal treated me with great care, he got me started on a monthly infusion and it was working great. I was informed that his office was no longer doing the infusion, but the hospital will contact me for the following month infusion that was 3 month ago I asked about it several times, was told by the hospital that it was awaiting approval by my insurance, I contacted them and they advised me they never received any request.
