Not only was this doctor rude, but when I confronted him, he just mocked me. I took a day off of work for an appointment, he didn't listen to what I said, tried to put me on a med that has side effects I was concerned about, and didn't listen to that, but then mocked me when I told him he was being rude. His reviews seem to have this common theme, I don't care if he is a doctor or not, we pay for these services and no one has the right to be treated like this.
Dr Arce is wonderful. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He also showed true concern for my issues. He has never rushed me through a visit. I would highly recommend him.
