Dr Richter put in my pain pump and then moved out of state with in a month. So now I can't even get it upped and the Dr that took over for him doesn't feel comfortable dealing with pain pumps "which now is just holding a wand next to pump to up it" dr Richter new he was leaving state and should never of put the pump in in the first place knowing he's the only person that was able to manage my pump. So now I need to have it removed

Today was my first appointment with Dr Richter. So far so good. I'm happy with the the treatment plan. Notes were transcribed by his assistant. All of it will appear in Covenant My Chart. I don't understand the dissatisfaction. Most of the reviews were written by folks for the less than five reviews. If I examine further, I might discover that all of the reviews from those particular people are negative. Thank You Covenant family of practitioners. Flipper... Swims better than walks.
Office staff are absolutely horrible and rude. Zero compassion and understanding. Constant belittling of patients while in their presence. My father had major neck surgery and refused to do FMLA paperwork so I could get him back and forth to appointments. Had a surgery follow up appointment and was less than five minutes late due to Holt Transportation. They cancelled his appointment. Degraded him for being late , due to no fault of his own. Stay clear he will only disappoint, claims he likes complex cases then washes his hands of you when he don't get the results and refuses to continue to help. You see him once, then you have to go through the office for all other answers if they can get any from him. His ego is bigger than his talent in my opinion, he has put my wife thru suffering hell. If you need appointments as a established patient you will wait as long as a new patient for an appointment. I urge you to research other doctors in this profession even if i... read more
