Office staff are absolutely horrible and rude. Zero compassion and understanding. Constant belittling of patients while in their presence. My father had major neck surgery and refused to do FMLA paperwork so I could get him back and forth to appointments. Had a surgery follow up appointment and was less than five minutes late due to Holt Transportation. They cancelled his appointment. Degraded him for being late , due to no fault of his own. Stay clear he will only disappoint, claims he likes complex cases then washes his hands of you when he don't get the results and refuses to continue to help. You see him once, then you have to go through the office for all other answers if they can get any from him. His ego is bigger than his talent in my opinion, he has put my wife thru suffering hell. Ofc or dr dn return calls. Dn follow thru with statements, ie- will get Rx either pain meds or other to your Pharm on time or in a reasonable time. Heaven forbid your issue dn fit into their "procedures" if not you will get no help unless you go to the ER. Plan on going!! Others in his ofc have to guess, yes guess what he did to you as he doesn't write up his charting. Did this or I should say does not do this numerous times. Again is not in the "procedure" Not convinced of surgical skill. No proof of it yet.....
This doctor needs to have his license taken away for malpractice, unless you want to come out worse than when you went in!! I would suggest no one EVER go to this man!!!!
After a complicated 8 hr surgery involving 2 procedures we feel confident in Dr Richter. He is both competent and personable.
