I made a appt today for my daughter. I spoke with a man named Adrian. He was so amazing. My time with him on the phone was short but it was just such a nice experience. He was just very very kind and gentle. So clear and helpful! He had such a nice kind voice! Loved him! He was great!!! He just had such sweet personality. The best experience I’ve had over the phone with some one.
