To be honest, our daughter who is friends with Erich suggested we work with him -- but we are sure glad we did! We were looking for an exchange property, and had our eyes set on a condo. Erich was an absolute dream realtor. He truly went above and beyond during what felt like a hectic process. The real estate world is completely new to me and the market is crazy. Erich always took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns very thoroughly. He was very patient and made himself available to me when I asked (I had a lot of questions!). I always felt listened to and prioritized. He really looked out for me and had my back.

Erich is an all-star and an absolute gem. I was looking for someone patient, knowledgeable, and easy to work with – and I found it. Erich is super knowledgeable, friendly and wants to help people make smart decisions with their money. I attended their How to House Hack in the Bay Area seminar, and I was floored! They had great presenters, and candid, useful information. I later spoke with Erich on the phone. Even though my goals differed from his business, he was super generous with his knowledge. He encouraged me to invest out of state, as he felt it was a better fit for my needs. He’s super honest, and trustworthy. I recommend him to anyone! Great job!

I met Erich at his House Hacking event in Oakland. There were a lot of really knowledgeable and amazingly qualified professionals and the information level was extremely high!
