Dr. Hinel and the staff are great. Never take your vision for granted. It is a precious gift. CEI is the place to start. They will keep a watchful eye on you!
My appointment was at 2:45 pm. I was on time, but I didn't see the doctor until after 4 pm. I was there for a simple pressure check. I didn't appreciate having to wait over 1 hour and 15 minutes for a simple pressure check.
I was seen by Erich A Hiney OD and during my first visit he plucked 5 eyelashes growing under my eyelid and what a relief to the irritation, clouding and tearing all the time. I am scheduled for a follow up visit but I am so very pleased grateful already.
Great techs and doctors! I have read some of the other reviews and I have to agree that it seems like there is a problem with scheduling. The waiting for both the laser surgery and the pressure check was each approximately 2 hours. I don't have the same issue when I see Dr. Ritter, also a CEI glaucoma specialist.
