10.4.2025 - I've been a client of Erica's for over 4 years now I believe and she and her stylists assisted in doing my hair and makeup for my wedding along with my bridesmaids. I have had numerous problems with the owner of this salon. I sent her a message stating I was running a little late due to an emergency and she didn't respond to indicate it was a problem. I get to the salon and the doors are locked she's gone! She texts later that she had somewhere to be now mind you it's still in my appointment window. To add insult to injury she invoiced me a $45 late fee. She is a talented stylist but her business practices are shady. *UPDATE to 4 stars for Erica's customer service. She called me to schedule an appointment to re-do my hair. I will return to use Erica as a stylist, satisfied with her service. I also use Jessica who is highly recommended. 2 stars because Erica called me back to book an appointment over the phone after I'd called with questions. This is my favorite salon. I have been coming here for about a year and when I say, my hair went through a transformation, it’s an understatement. Erica is very knowledgeable about hair care and my hair is now down my back. This is the place you come to when you want your hair taken care of and also a great style. This is your one stop shop.
