My dr was out of town and Northwestern squeezed me in for a video visit w/ Dr. Yeo. I was apprehensive because anytime I've had a substitute doctor, it has been a frustrating experience. Dr. Yeo was awesome. Really listens to you, patient and empathetic. She made the visit pleasant even though we were strangers. Now I have a back up doctor in the NWM network in case my primary GP ever retires! Highly recommend.
