It is very clear that she is a Tulane doctor. I have not had very good results with LSU doctors in the same system, LCMC. There are problems with the system. But she negotiates very well. I feel like she care’s just a little bit more, considering their workload. Going to the general practitioner, does not require going past an armed guard Since they have moved out of the main building.
