Very caring and listened to my questions.
I came to Cape ENT wanting answers about an ongoing health concern I had this past fall. After getting a CT scan done I was told there was nothing they could do for me except allergy shots. I was devastated and felt I had not been taken seriously. Fast forward to December of this year I saw another ENT in cape took me serious and found out the pain I had been having for over a year was cancer. Erica was excellent. She listened to what my problem was, she ran multiple tests until she figured out the solution and made a plan for me going forward. So many in the medical field just push you out the door wether they've helped or not, and she took the time necessary to help me.
Complete waste of time, incompetent from doctor's note to diagnosis
