Customer service is the worst ever. Especially when dealing with someone named Sharon. She is rude and unprofessional. Tried to diagnose my kid and send him somewhere else over the phone and she is not even a doctor. Needless to say we did not get an appointment and that is all we wanted.

I'd like to take away the one "star" I had to give and I would not recommend at all. 6 days later and I'm still waiting for a call about my EKG and the receptionist was so rude when I called to see if I could get my results. I got so fed up I went to the hospital to medical records and pulled the results myself!
