Dr. Proctor is an absolutely amazing doctor. She has such a pleasant bedside manner and takes as much time to talk and explain the results as we need. She has been both my surgeon and my daughter's. She is kind, empathetic and thorough. She is leaving our state; such a loss for us.
My experience with Dr. Proctor was less than pleasant. She was rude, lacked empathy, overbearing, and controlling: having her as a doctor stressed me out. Eventually, I stopped receiving care at Henry Ford all together. It sucked because there were other doctors that I actually liked, but I could not tolerate Dr. Proctor. Hopefully the feedback helps her to be more aware of her approach to care with patients and improve her attitude.
