Both my mother and I prefer and see Erica. My mother had a wound injury that had stitches(which was removed due to 2 different infection that developed) and her previous primary essentially brushed her off and said she MIGHT need to see a wound specialist even after she was out of the hospital from the infections. The office staff is unprofessional and rude. They hung up on my daughter when she tried telling them that she wasn't able to do the MRI due to extreme anxiety and needed a CAT scan. Told her the follow up appointment was cancelled.
