Update; I saw Erica yesterday and was just thinking about how much I appreciate having a primary care I like and trust and wanted to give her a review. Lo and behold I went to google and I had already had given her 5stars! So this would be my second 5star review. Erica has been my primary care for about 10years. I followed her (farther from where I live) to Niantic from another practice. She is easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and compassionate. Highly recommended!
Erica has been amazing. For years I bounced around from dr.to dr. After years of putting myself last I finally sat down and and researched dr. Groups, hospitals, reviews ect...I found Yale New Haven health in niantic I was given an appointment with Erica! I have been with Erica for years now I ALWAYS feel like she is doing everything she can everytime I come in ! , before I went to see Erica I had been in pain ....my Big toe all day everyday. Erika is my primary health care provider and has been such a blessing to me and my family. I recently moved my elderly parents here from upstate NY and now she’s their primary health care provider too! Wonderful service and care.
I have been trying to be seen for almost a year for combat related issues. When COVID became a concern they cancelled my appointment so I rescheduled. The day prior to my appointment they called to ask my Covid screening questions. I explained that the issues I’m trying to be seen for mirror covid symptoms but have been preexisting for years. The refused to see me because of this and then the medical assistant told me that PPE (personal protective equipment) doesn’t work to keep them safe and that I should believe what I see... read more
