This office has gone downhill. Prepare to wait over two hours past your appointment just to start your appointment. The new staff is highly unorganized. If they can’t manage the office, how do you think they’re managing your health?
Just have to give a shout out to Dr O’Donnell and her staff. They were wonderful to fit me in yesterday for an urgent care follow up visit. Not many offices these days accommodate same day. It turned out I didn’t need to go but the staff were absolutely wonderful.
This place is a JOKE! While waiting for a doctor to come in I can hear one doctor yelling at a nurse. After sitting for 30 minutes Mo, Larry and Curly enter the room. They are trying to get my charts up to date as I sit there. One of the doctors was 50 lbs overweight, but they have the nerve to inform me to lose weight. After 15 minutes of complete comedy, I literally got up and walked out. Three months later they informed me that I had been terminated as a patient. New flash, I terminated you, clowns.
