This place is a JOKE! While waiting for a doctor to come in I can hear one doctor yelling at a nurse. After sitting for 30 minutes Mo, Larry and Curly enter the room. They are trying to get my charts up to date as I sit there. One of the doctors was 50 lbs overweight, but they have the nerve to inform me to lose weight. After 15 minutes of complete comedy, I literally got up and walked out. Three months later they informed me that I had been terminated as a patient. New flash, I terminated you, clowns. Visits hard to get, does not take a lot of insurances
Missed one appointment due to my brother having a stroke, had so much going on due to my brother being hospitalized due to said stroke I did not think to call them, I then received a letter in the mail stating they were dropping me. No one actually cares about you, or cares to even listen to what's going on, had multiple issues I needed addressed and all I got was referrals to places that never call.
She takes time to listen and is good at educating the patient. The office runs a little slow because she does take time. I just know not to arrive early.
Just like everyone else shares. All Dr. O'donnell does is type into her computer and ask you questions. Never exams you. She refused to refill me prescription unless I paid her again. Then sent me a letter that she was dropping me as a doctor. Like I would every go back to her. Her reasoning is "These standards set forth by governing medical boards, as well as Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, state that patients should be seen multiple times a year for reevaluation of medical conditions to ensure appropriate presc... read more
