Update: For the second appointment, she was a no-show. My appointment was at 7pm. When I texted the office at 7:14pm this was their response: “ Good evening! Unfortunately we don't have an estimated wait time, we hope Ms Malloy will reach you soon.” I texted her at 7:49pm and she texted back saying she is finishing up and will call in 3 mins. This review is about the doctors office. I would give a zero or negative star because of how careless and ignorant the office staff is. They don’t even bother to check your forms or messages, never update your information, send prescriptions to wrong pharmacies (from old records without even bothering to go over my messages where I clearly mentioned the new address), and they would not bother to update your information from new forms submitted - they don’t even ask you, they just assume.
