Dr. Johnson is my OBGYN and was my delivering doctor for my first pregnancy. I had a high risk pregnancy due to a pre-existing medical condition and she addressed all of my concerns, coordinated with my other care providers and set up Maternal Fetal Medicine appointments to track the babies growth. During labor and delivery, Dr. Johnson was very motivating and made me feel comfortable in a time when women are at their most vulnerable. Very cold. She just stared at me judgementally and never added any comfort. That was the second appointment I had with her and both experiences were terrible. And both time she told me "well I don't know what you want me to do about it." Terrible bedside manner!!
She is such a wonderful provider! Very thankful for her and the care she provides.
I had a miscarriage, and when there I was nothing showing up on the ultrasound, she told me everything was fine and rushed out of the appointment. That was the last time I ever talked to her, because she never called me or answered any of my calls after that. I got bloodwork done that was very negative, but still wasn’t told that I was going to have a miscarriage. When I was having bleeding, I called and left her a message and still never heard from her. Awesome Doctor! Awesome experience!! Would recommend her to all my friends and family! Grand Island is lucky to have such great doctors like her and the others at the OB Clinic!
Dr Haake truly has by best interest in mind. She is both thorough and personable. I would recommend Dr Haake to anyone.
My sister in law had an appointment with her at grand island clinic, dealing with a ultra sound. My sister in law complained that while she was pushing down onto her belly she felt a strong sharp pain, and right away felt the baby move, differently than usual. Saturday came, she was in pain, had to go to the ER, gave birth and the baby didn’t make it. Tried talking to her and doctors, there is still no explanation to this.The appointment from Friday is what caused all of this.
I am 33 weeks pregnant and I am having some issues. I called the answering service and she was the doctor on call. I asked for her advice and what to do. And she was very rude with me and hung up! Very unprofessional!!!! How do you hang up on a pregnant woman who is very uncomfortable and looking for answers!!?? Very upsetting!!!
