Dr Bailen is amazing she has helped our family tremendously, she takes her time and explains everything. She is Never in a rush, and is very detail oriented.
We really like Erica Bailen, but the staff at this location are indignant and incompetent. Wish she were at another practice. Not worth the headache for the horrid office staff.
Dr. Bailen is an excellent pediatrician. Her bedside manner is caring and friendly, she listens well and does a great job explaining procedures and illnesses to the whole family. I highly recommend her!
Very nice doctor... Friendly and approachable. You can ask anything and still feel at ease with her. My daughter absolutely loves her.
