Most of the care I receive is wonderful I love my doctor and clinic staff. However, the same cannot hold true to their Case Management Department. I left a message at the clinic in person three days ago and at the time of this posting I have not heard back. It's very unprofessional to not return patient calls or touch base regarding what's going on. I have started a search for new Case Mgmt outside of this clinic. Very disappointing.
