Friendly and easy to talk to. She takes the time to talk and listen to me. Because of her efforts conditions regarding my health were uncovered and as a result followup care was and is still being provided . As far as I'm concerned I'm extreamly lucky to have her as my primary health care provider .
Erica is amazing, the first time I met her she understood my frustration after dealing with the same issue for almost two years with no answers, and her understanding how I felt unheard and ignored! She takes her time to listen to your concerns and is very compassionate!
