Erica was wonderful during my house buying experience. She kept me informed, at each step, and kindly reminded me of needed items when I would forget them. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about paying for lower interest rates, brought in the idea of paying off my car, and how each will save me in the long run. Highly recommend!
