Erica could not have been better/easier to work with. She made sure we were informed and understood every step of the process and made efforts down to a week before we closed making sure we got the lowest rate possible. I cannot say enough good things about working with her!!

Erica, deserved a ZERO for her rating. Spoke with Erica regarding a loan. She ask me a couple of questions. Then without doing an application she ask me what color was I. Well that should have not even been a question to ask if she was not doing an application. Never heard back from Erica when I told her the color of my skin. Sad way to do business.
