Dr. Grogan is an amazing doctor. She takes the time to listen and hear my concerns and works collaboratively with me to find solutions. In my 50 years, she has been the best provider I’ve ever worked with. Highly recommend.
My family practitioner retired after years of us seeing him so I decided to give Erika Grogan a try since she is in the same medical office. After my first visit, she diagnosed me with a rare blood disorder through a MyChart message and now refuses to call me back. It has been several weeks, so I attempted to transfer to another physician. I received another MyChart message today stating that she has “denied my transfer”. This whole situation has been bizarre, inconvenient and unprofessional.
