Erica did nothing but lie to me and cheat me simply because she decided after we signed the contract and she made all her beautiful promises that she personally didn't approve of me. She decided that she has the authority to punish so she punished me. I'm going to keep an eye on that property to see how quickly it goes up for sale as I believe she sold it to flippers after making me believe that I couldn't get the asking price. My experience with Erica Giallella was that she decided to google me and then breach our contract when she didn't like what she saw. Unfortunately in this world especially with the internet is going to be all sorts of things that you see about people that you may not agree with especially when you don't even understand situation.
