I have no complaints whatsoever with Dr Erica Saintilus. However, her staff is incredibly incompetent. I needed a form from Dr Erica Saintilus signed by her to be faxed or emailed to my surgeon. My surgeon faxed and or mailed that form over two months ago. After my surgeon’s staff called, emailed, faxed a minimum of 10 times, it never got done even though everyone I spoke to on the phone at Dr Saintilus staff said we’ll take care of it right away. She is the worst Family physician I’ve ever seen her. PA’s were always better than her ,which were different each time. I’m 56 and she constantly tried to get me to fill out paperwork for Medicare. I have my own insurance. I’m not on Medicare. She never ordered the correct labs .I was with her for a year and while under her care had a heart attack. I had to have my gallbladder removed, but both incidents I was on my own. I would not recommend this physician to anyone
