I had multiple phone calls with Coastal prior to my procedure. Because I live so far away from Coastal, I was told to come half an hour earlier than the normal 90 minutes (so 2 full hours early) so they could complete bloodwork. Each time I spoke to someone, they confirmed from their computer screen that I MUST arrive 30 minutes earlier. I did explain this to the front desk person at check in but they just told me to sit. Dr Downey was great. Professional, Knowledgeable and caring. She found lumps in my breast n sent me for ultrasound. I needed 3 biopsies. All negative but she found them. She’s wonderful doctor.
