Erica makes you feel like you’re working with someone you’ve know for years, she makes the experience comfortable AND exciting while sharing all of her knowledge about buying a home. Erica walked through multiple homes with me, put in multiple offers, never got discouraged when it wasn’t accepted and didn’t rush me into buying just any old house. Buying a house is hard, working with Erica is easy. I’m beyond thankful for her hard work, determination and kindness.
Erica helped us with both selling our old home and purchasing our new home. Although it was a breeze to sell our home, finding a new one was anything but that. My husband and I were searching for a very specific property. She was always very quick to show us homes that we wanted to see and never rushed us into just buying something.
