I was seen by Dr. Erica Engelstein and was very disappointed. She presents herself as a calm professional but it's an act. I already reviewed her once, but it appears that it got removed somehow… Dr. Engelstein was rude and inconsiderate. I waited 9 months for my appointment to spend the entire time with her telling me to get over it and that everyone has bad days. She checked my pulse for 30 seconds and dismissed the results of my tilt test done by another Dr. My quality of life was suffering and I was starting to reach a point where I questioned whether I could enjoy any activity again as my POTS was becoming more and more severe.
