Dr. Chapman is professional and friendly, despite a very busy schedule.
She is very personable, down to earth, and friendly. She makes me feel at ease. She is skilled & very professional. My husband recently passed away. I had not seen Dr. Chapman since January. She remembered that he had bladder cancer & a heart condition. I realize she might rely on notes from my appointment and/or colleagues to give me this personal touch. Definitely wouldn’t recommend Erica Chapman to anyone. Dint ask me if I had any questions, or how I’m feeling etc . Felt like she was in a rush. She only let me see my baby through the ultrasound for literally 30seconds ,pictures are horrible. Never again.
I accompanied my sister to see Dr Chapman She was very rushed and didn’t even try to get to know my sister as a 1st time patient. Most sadly she left not even asking if we had any questions. Dr Chapman who’s supposed to show caring and understanding to her patients did not. Definitely going to a different doctor.
This doctor delivered my first baby. I did not care for her. Every time I had a concern or question, her answer was always "drink more water" I promise. She never once said to try a new medication or fruit or diagnose me. I'd wait just to have 1 minute with her maybe less just to say "drink water". She rushed me and guilt tripped me into getting induced. I am a small person and she kept assuming something was wrong with my baby because it was small. Like hello??? I'm small!!
