I am wanting to and will be completely fair in this review. I have been seeing Dr. Chapman for quite some time. Up until yesterday, for the most part it has been positive. Her nursing staff is great at communicating with me and I have, for the most part, felt heard by her. I had a visit with her yesterday where I cried in my car after I left. Dr. Chapman is very attentive and really cares about her patients. She always answers my questions with great patience and makes me feel safe and valued.
Dr. Chapman is professional and friendly, despite a very busy schedule.
She is very personable, down to earth, and friendly. She makes me feel at ease. She is skilled & very professional. My husband recently passed away. I had not seen Dr. Chapman since January. She remembered that he had bladder cancer & a heart condition. I realize she might rely on notes from my appointment and/or colleagues to give me this personal touch.
