Dr Shama as per my opinion is great . However this would be the second time that I schedule and confirm an appointment and the office cancels it. Mind you this cancelation comes after I confirm it and within a very short window of time. For example my appointment is next week on 8/26 I just received a text that it got canceled. I was really looking forward to this appointment as I haven’t been feeling all that well asides from the fact that to go to an appointment I need to request time off from work. Dr Erica is the best PCP I have ever seen. She hears what I’m saying. She is extremely knowledgeable. But most of all she is kind and caring! I look forward to my appointments with her.
Mrs.Erica Shammaa ,M.D is by far the best Doctor that I’ve ever had in my life, she treats me like a human being, the kindness, care and understanding that she shows is unmatched.. the best I’ve ever met in this field.I appreciate her compassion as far as having empathy towards her patients, I really am glad to be her patient, I will remain here as long as I live and as long as she’s here..Thank you Dr.Shammaa, M.D!
