The Dr. and the nurses were wonderful. They were very caring about my anxiety and making sure I was stable to have the surgery. They answered my questions and addressed concerns. I also was pleased with the detailed pre and post op instructions.
Horrible! The competence, compassion, and professionalism of a bubble-gum chewing 12 year old. My sympathy to the real doctors and the medical profession.
Dr. Boettcher has performed two procedures on me in the last two years and in both instances she was professional, effective and efficient, and comforting. She communicated clearly and directly about the process and the desired. I recommend her to anyone who requires her particular specialties.
Worst Dr. I have been to in 70 years. Doesn’t listen at all. Phone appointment are useless. She pretends she called and when she does she says it went to voicemail. Never tries more than once when everyone else at Kaiser tries at least 3 times.
I had 2 procedures done by Dr Erica Boettcher. I had never met her. When she introduced herself I was instantly at ease due to her welcoming and compassionate manner. She listened to my concerns, explained everything well and treated the rest of the team with respect as well. I definitely recommend this provider!
