Erica is simply the best. She’s one of the rare people out there left that care. She listens. She is very thorough. She is kind. And gentle. She’s professional. She is the only reason I continue to take my almost 1hr commute one way there. Staff at Lahey Amesbury is really not the greatest. Been with them for almost 20yrs.
