My father was a patient of Dr Wininger and his endocrinology practice in Freehold NJ. My dad has type 1 diabetes is elderly and disabled, he missed one appointment with Dr Wininger due to being in the hospital and had trouble rescheduling. The office refused to renew the prescription for my Dads insulin pump supplies and did not provide him with the necessary education to safely manage his blood sugar on insulin injections.
