Dismissive of my symptoms. Basically told my that I was lying. Suggested this was a new issue that I made up and made an appointment for myself without a referral because THEIR receptionist entered my actual referral incorrectly and he didn’t see it. I was entered as “self referral”. He assumed I wasn’t referred by my doctor and didn’t take me or my needs seriously from the get go.
