Dr Weichel was extremely thorough in explaining the issues with my eyes during my visit. I’m very pleased with choosing The Retina Group of Washington.
Dr. Weichel gave me an excellent exam and explained things in a way I could easily understand. The staff were excellent and caring. In terms of the wait time, I had a 9am appointment and still was waiting to be taken back at 9:30am. While not egregious, it’s still annoying not to be seen at the appointed time. It reminds you of the Seinfeld episode, “you know how to take a reservation, you just don’t know how to HOLD a reservation”
Professional staff and Dr. Weichel gives a kind and thorough exam with questions answered.
Great experience! I didn't have to wait long in between services before seeing Dr Weichel. Thanks again everyone!
