I have been seeing Dr. Shreve for about three years. He has disappeared with no explanation from Christ Hospital. I have been turned over to another Christ Hospital Urologist. I would like an explanation.
She is the most unprofessional provider I have met. She is rude and her behavior is inappropriate. She does not care about the patients. I have seen it firsthand. Tell me how you round on 30 patients in 15 minutes. Medicare and Medicaid fraud to say the least.
The Christ Hospital billing department seems fraudulent. I fought cancer last year so I have had many many bills. I prepaid bills on two different occasions and then was sent another bill after I prepaid. It took me several times on the phone to get corrected. I also was given estimates before each procedure showing what it would cost, what my coinsurance was and offered a 10% discount if I prepaid.....which I did.
