Eric Vincent has been my PCP for almost a year now! He’s an exceptional health care professional and listens, although he’s overworked and underpaid! He really cares and loves his job because he knows how to and gets to help people who are struggling financially! I love my doctor! Without him I don’t know what I would do! Eric Vincent is great. The front staff however are something short of good. Never answer the phone. I called to report my insurance wanted more info. Phone rang for 2minutes & 38 seconds before someone finally answered. Told the gal the situation & was left on hold for another 23 minutes before I hung up.
I feel like he is very smart and genuinely cares about my well being... i just hope he doesn"t hold me to his standards ;) because he is a "next level" kind of guy.
