My wife was a patient of Van Bean, he refused to listen to her and made up his own diagnosis. He couldn't do a cortisone shot in her elbow, but he could shoot several mlgs of novocain that didn't work in her toe to remove a toe nail that grew back even more ingrown. Then decides he can't refill her psych meds because he didn't think she needed them. She went through "brain sparks" and a seizure because he cut her off cold Turkey from her psyc meds. He took her off of her cholesterol meds after her open heart surgery. QUACK!
They never answer there phone called and waited 3x for 45 min each and never got a answer from anything but a computer. Hung up and went else wear. Bad service if you can't even be answering your phone.
My husband LOVED our former family physician who had deep, wide unusual knowledge, so he had he doubts with Mr. Van Bean. He could have jumped with elation when we finished my appointment. I have a unique and complex medical history. Mr Van Bean took much extra time to see me, patiently and thoroughly answered all questions and IMMEDIATELY started to bring in other experts to help resolve my issues.
