Switched to GEICO from Progressive. Ulkar was very kind, patient, and helpful throughout the process, and helped me save a lot. The communication was smooth and efficient.
Avoid at all costs, they refuse to help existing customers. Called ahead to update my policy and was told I could come in anytime during the day. I then had to wait 30 minutes and received no help. Changing my insurance carrier, I've never seen a branch run this badly.
Walked in to your agency yesterday to find out about transferring my plates from one vehicle to another. I was told by an agent on the phone that I could walk into a local agency and they would be able to help me with that the woman working at the front desk was nasty and told me Because I didn’t buy my policy that she’s just a franchise she can’t do anything to help me and I then said to her the person I spoke to on the phone at GEICO said I could come to a local agent and they would help me get the RMV one and she informed... read more
