I have no problems with the doctor but try to get the staff to return your phone calls .. good luck..
Dr. Finkenstadt is good,but some of the office workers are rude. They tried to do virtual/phone appointment with me,still,in middle of September, & said not doing face to face,when my girlfriend just seen them 10days ago. I told receptionist that & she wasn't happy that I called her on it. They make you wear the full mask in there, nose covered,even though you can't breathe,which is why your going there.
