I'm not sure about Eric Touzalin but I strongly advise against working with this agency. The conduct of their representatives is both immature and unprofessional, raising serious concerns about their ability to handle matters with the necessary professionalism and care. In particular, one agent, Kate Gelineau, has displayed erratic and inappropriate behavior, including unprovoked online rants, blocking polite responses, and involving family members in targeted harassment campaigns against businesses. Eric is someone I recommend in a heartbeat! Extremely patient, knowledgeable, high positive energy. He works with in a very timely manner and his communication is excellent. Eric help me look for a place for almost a year, and times where I felt I was gonna give up he sure didn’t! We went to all of Westchester every weekend and some weekdays. I sent him places he booked them immediately. The man is trustworthy. Never oversteps does what’s he thinks is best for you with your permission.
